[Getting Started](https://help.shedmate.com.au/knowledge/setting-up-shedmate?hsLang=en#getting-started) # Shed Presets: start every new shed with your defaults ## Start from one of your company’s saved shed designs, then adjust it to suit your customer. Short answer: **a preset is a saved shed.** Start a new shed from one and your usual shed type, size and colours are already in place. Each company has its own presets, and your company admin sets them up in **Settings**, then **Shed Presets**. Your 3D Online Designer starts from the same presets. **Save your current shed first if you want to keep it.** Then start the new one from a preset. **Start a shed from a preset** 1. Open your draft in the Shed Designer 2. Click **More**, then **New Shed** 3. Open a folder and click a preset 4. Change the size and options to suit your customer, then click **Save Shed** ### Start a shed from a preset | | Step | | --- | --- | | 1 | In the Shed Designer, click **More**, then **New Shed** (1) | | 2 | Your company's presets open. If you don't see **Settings** or **Shed Presets**, check with them before continuing. | | Step | | --- | --- | | 1 | Open **Settings**, then **Shed Presets** (1). Your presets open in a new tab | | 2 | To add a preset, set up the shed, then click the **New** card (1). It saves the shed on screen as a preset.
