# I can't log in to ShedMate
Short answer: **go to app.shedmate.com.au in Google Chrome and click Forgot Password to set a new password.** Use the email address your ShedMate invitation or welcome email went to. If that doesn't work, try another browser or network, then send us a screenshot of the message you see.
**Try these in order**
1. Click **Forgot Password** and set a new password
2. Check the email address you were invited on
3. Try another browser, or your phone's hotspot
4. Still stuck? Send us a screenshot
### Reset your password
| | Step |
| --- | --- |
| 1 | Go to app.shedmate.com.au in Google Chrome |
| 2 | Click **Forgot Password** (1) under **Login** |
| 3 | Enter your email in **Email** and **Confirm Email**, then click **Confirm** |
| 4 | ShedMate shows "We have sent email with reset password link to you." Open the email and follow the link to set a new password |
| 5 | Log in with your email and your new password |
No email after a few minutes? Check your junk or spam folder, and check you typed the address your invitation went to.
### Check the email address
Log in with the email address our invitation or welcome email went to. If someone else in your company received the invitation, ask them which address it went to, or ask us.
### Try another browser or network
ShedMate is built and tested for Google Chrome. If the page spins or won't load, try Chrome on another computer, or your phone's hotspot instead of your office network, and tell us whether that worked.
### Still stuck?
Email support@shedmate.com.au with your name, your company and a screenshot of the message you see.
