How do I update my card, get an invoice or change my plan?
Email support@shedmate.com.au and our team will help with any change to your billing. Your ShedMate subscription is paid through Stripe, our payment partner. To change the card you pay with, ask us for a secure card-update link. A receipt is emailed to you automatically after each payment. To change who gets billing emails, or to change your plan, tell us what you need.
Quick answers

Receipts and invoices
| You need | What to do |
|---|---|
| A receipt for a subscription payment | Stripe emails a receipt automatically after each payment. If you can't find it, check your junk or spam folder, then ask us |
| Receipts sent to your accounts team | Email us the address your billing emails should go to |
Engineering invoices
Engineering fees are billed separately from your subscription, so an engineering invoice can look like a subscription receipt at a glance. If someone else pays your bills, make sure they know to look for both. If you have a question about an engineering invoice, email support@shedmate.com.au with the job number.
Change your plan
You can ask to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Email support@shedmate.com.au with your company name and the plan you'd like.
- Downgrading: some features and limits differ between plans, so we talk you through what changes on your account before we make the change.
- Upgrading: once your new plan is on your account, invite any extra team members from Company Settings, or ask us to help.
The change to your fee follows the Upgrades and Downgrades clause of your agreement. Ask us and we'll explain how it applies to your account.
Not sure which plan suits the way you work? Ask us and we'll go through what each one includes.
