# How do I tidy my PA door list to match what I sell?
## Choose the PA doors you supply and send support the details needed to check your company’s range.
If your personal access (PA) door list includes options your business does not supply, agree on the range you want to keep. Send that list and the supplier’s technical specifications to **support@shedmate.com.au** so we can check the changes needed in your company’s rules.
Choose the range with your supplier. Your ShedMate list should reflect what your business can supply, rather than a generic shortlist of brands or sizes.
### Agree on the doors to keep
List the PA doors you regularly sell and any options you still need for special orders. Use the supplier’s current product information rather than working from an old price list alone.

| --- | --- |
| Supplier and product | Supplier name and the exact door model or product code |
| Sizes and finishes | The sizes, colours and finishes you want available |
| Technical information | Current specification sheets and any options needed to identify the correct product |
| Range changes | Which options to keep, remove or add, including any special-order requirements |

Ask your supplier to clarify anything you cannot match to a current product. The information you send lets support check what can be configured for your company.
### Send the request to support
Email **support@shedmate.com.au** with your company name, the agreed list and the supplier documents. Add a screenshot of the current PA door choices if it helps explain what you want changed.
If an existing job or Shed Preset relies on an option you want removed, include its name or job number. Ask support to confirm the change and any checks needed for those jobs or presets before you rely on the updated range.
Do not delete pricing items just to shorten the designer’s door list. Company rules and pricing are separate parts of the setup.
### Check the updated range on a test job
Once support confirms the update, use a test job to check the result. In the Shed Designer, choose **Add Things**, then **On Walls**, then **PA Door**. Press **Esc** to leave placement mode when you have finished.

To inspect the list without placing a new door, select a PA door already on your test job and open its door type. Close the list without choosing an option if you are only looking.
Check that the PA doors your business needs are available, with the expected sizes and finishes. If something is missing or does not match the supplier’s specification, send support a screenshot and the product details before using it on a customer quote.

Your company’s available options may differ from another ShedMate account. Do not use another company’s list as the specification for yours.
### Check the pricing as well
Review the matching pricing items and linked calculations for the doors you supply. Confirm the supplier costs, units, quantities and quote result. A door being available in the designer does not, by itself, confirm that it has the correct price.
Test the updated range before changing your usual Shed Presets or quoting customers. Check existing jobs and presets separately after your company’s range changes.
